Apple Bottoms by Nelly is an apparel brand owned by a hip-hop and rap celebrity, Nelly. Our client, Romane Fragrances, licensed the brand to sell a new fragrance.

Within only six short weeks, Conversify grew the Apple Bottoms Fragrance’s fan base 5-fold and increased fan engagement from almost nothing to daily interaction. In addition, we engaged over a dozen “superfans’—women who interact with the brand almost every day and recommend the brand to 10 or more people. We cultivated a very strong, loyal base of followers. Romane’s ROI from Social Media efforts is between 1.5x and 2.8x.

To accomplish this, we regularly hosted campaigns, contests, giveaways and provided off-line event support. We blogged, posted and Tweeted regularly as the official “online voice” of Apple Bottoms Fragrance and provided customer service via Social Media. In fact, we have been lauded in blogs and by customers for our responsiveness and personality. We also managed their Facebook social ads campaigns and engaged urban, ethnic bloggers to host contests on their blogs.
